  • i had pretty thick hair as a kid... it was NICE hair too! Then as i got into my teens it started getting thinner.. now at 31 its driving me NUTS!

  • @pinkfloatingelephant well all I can say to that is welcome to the family!

  • Also just to add. Everyone in my family has thick curly hair. I feel like the cursed family member with crappy hair. lol (I wanna cry).

The only way that makes it look thicker is if I wash it and not use anything on it. Everything I use weighs it down and I only use a tiny bit of conditioner. And it doesn't help when my dam ears stick out.

Your hair doesn't look as bad though and you are quite pretty.

  • @cheshful I sometimes now use a volumising mouse and as long as it's a good one like either Aussie or Shockwaves it doesn't tend to weigh it down much. I've changed what I eat now, and to my actual surprise, soya protein has worked wonders and my hair has so much more volume to it!!

  • @cheshful

I've tried millions of shampoos recently too, from fat hair, to every thickening and volumising product under the sun, and the one I found really worked for me was Umberto Giannini's ditch the dirt shampoo and it has been amazing on my hair! and my hair gets weighed down so easy too! Here's the link:

  • ok the link doesn't work - try it though it's amazing

  • @MsLao Me too. My mom was suffering hair loss die to age and medications. She has been using this hair loss treatment offered by the site HairLoss101. net (remove space) since 2months and we could see a difference. It has all the natural ingredients and therefore harmless.. :))

  • My was thin like yours. When I cut it shorter it got thicker.. And then when it grew I trimmed it again. Maybe if you try it it might work.

  • @mslaurie83833 hey. why dont use castor oil? it really does help to thicken it up. You just have to be consistent. You wont see results until a few months. But honestly it worked for me, it should work for you. It thickens hair and promotes hair growth, and its inexpensive. do try it, hope i helped somewhat. xx

  • @pinkfloatingelephant ME TOO! I use to have to use 2 hair bands to make a pony tail, and now i use a thin small one to hold all my hair up. I'm taking Biotin to see if it helps thicken it up. I miss it sooo much :/

  • i know how you feel :/ im vegetarian as well, its so hard to find something healthy and nutrisious and all that shit.

  • i hav the same problem too..my hair is so fine n thin that i can neither tie them up or leave them open.... :'(

  • You're lucky...not nearly as fine/thin as mine. :/ You cut it and get a lot more volume too...

  • I love how u say comb

  • Welcome to the club

  • @crazeycat thank you girl! lol. at least im not alone!! :D Makes me feel better :)
