@ForeverCamp I have to agree with you there. There are some great parallels between Harry and Sirius besides being 'a reckless godfather'. They both came from not very loving families, and saw their best mate's family as their own. Sirius was taken in by the Potters at sixteen, and Harry was pretty much adopted into the Weasleys, early on.

Excelent! I simply loved it!
-
@ForeverCamp Ah, I see. I thought you were talking about his original guardians, his parents and Sirius. My mistake.
-
@ForeverUpToNoGood : I wasn't talking about his parents and Sirius - I was referring to Harry's custodial guardians, the Dursleys.

@ForeverCamp I don't necessarily agree with the statement about Teddy. Harry did have caring guardians, you can tell by the books just how much his parents and godfather cared for him. His father died trying to stand between Voldemort and Lily and Harry, and Lily gave up her life in place of Harry, though she needn't have died. As well, Sirius went to the Ministry despite it being unsafe so he could help save his godson, though admittedly, his recklessness caused his death.

Ah-I've watched few videos without all the marauders-just 2. Very well done! :D

GHA! this always makes me cry. I'm fugging in love with Sirius, when he did in The Order Of The Phoenix I was friggen pissed!

looks great!! JAMES and Siruis were the best ever!
-
lol look out Padfoot's VERY angry! LOL
This must be like, my favorite of all your vids. James and Sirius' is the number one friendship ever created/written about, imo, because it was larger than life, honestly. Just what a friendship should be. Thank you so much for this vid, you're the best.

I always felt that Lupin and Tonks' deaths were probably the most powerful in the series - even more than Sirius and Dumbledore.
The fact that their deaths weren't explored only made it more powerful: the last of Harry's connection to his parents and his godfather, gone without fanfare.
Teddy was like an alternate parallel to Harry - parents killed in the war, a 'reckless godfather' (that was one of the best lines in the whole book!) but while Harry had uncaring guardians, Teddy had him.
