Julio aka Souljah Selekta was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1980. He moved to the states around '88. He moved back to P.R. in '98 to get back to his roots. At this time it was when he was first intro-duced to the Rave scene and the Reggae scene, but more importantly the Drum & bass scene. It was then, that he decided that making music was what he wanted to do. He's been DJ'ing and making music ever since, it's his love! He's moved around alot but, has finally ended up settling in the great city, da metroplex of Dallas, Texas. Hosting his awesome weeklies all around the city, the man doesn't sleep! Right now, he has shifted his focus to creating his own D&B productions and presenting new weeklies and guest appearances by headliners from all across the world.
