@Abdulmalik773 I wouldnt say eat to the point where you are getting fat, but eat to meet the needs of your body, and see if you are actually working out to your potential. Make sure you are getting the good fats and energy you need to work out. You arent going to get ripped by doing bad posture bicep curls for 3 hours a day. I have found that nothing gets you in better shape than sports. I play rugby, football and hockey, I suggest playing sports to get fit and ripped. Do it up!

Reduce total Caloric intake and make better food choices, this is foremost..Second, build lean muscle mass as having more muscle will act as a fat burning 'machine' throughout the day and night.
