Joseph Marcell is Micawber who played Geoffrey Barbara Butler on "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", and the anthropomorphic dog's name is Mealy Potatoes (an amalgam of the characters James Steerforth and Toby Traddles) voiced by Howie Mandel who voiced Gizmo in "Gremlins" and Bobby in "Bobby's World".
