Detroit Rock City defeats Code Enforcement Abuse- JUDGE DISQUALIFIED

UPDATE We did an emergency madamus to disqualify the judge .DISQUALIFIED , they tried to ignore my lawful rights , They used color of law fraud, theft and corrupt de-facto lasw to extort $4000 from me. The judge denied my motion to reconcider, motion to stay collection pending appeal, motion for more dsefinate statement of findings of facts and conclusions of law to support, motion to disqualify. He proceeded without allowing me the opportunity of council,or a jury,proceeded against all my objections, proceeded without understanding or consent, in violation of the City Chartyer , The steate Constitution, and ithe US Constitution. Thank Godan honest honorable judge was able to see this and grand me the dismiossal of the first judge. Do they really want to try again with a new judge ?They have a void judgment, they have lost .
