So far I've got an Atlas TH54 Lathe, a HF 14" Bandsaw, and a Porter/Cable 6" Bench Grinder, with a Grizzly Mill on the way. It's a slow go as you can easily spend more money on the extra tooling than you do on the big stuff.

  • I love the belt. Where did you get it ? Thanks, Tom

  • @thewelford Thanks! The green belt is a "twist-lock adjustable length V-belt". Each of the sections can be taken out to get the desired length. They are on McMaster Carr for $6~$20.

  • just curious as to the size of your shop.

  • What are you doing with them? With just the lathe and the electronics, you can fabricate a CNC milling machine from scratch. A foundry would extend your capabilities enormously.

  • Ah, just like my shop. Some metal shop tooling and even an Ardunio! Gotta love it...

  • beautiful lathe

  • I like the paint, swarf, brush

  • nice lathe!

  • An atlas and an arduino in the same video. Looks like my shop! :)
