  • p.s. I've loved Sondheim's work for years but admittingly never been a fan of Send in the Clowns. Thanks to Ms. Peters, I finally understand this song. She is so beautiful and sings so beautifully that I forget from time to time how well she can delivery a story. No small wonder that she is one of Sondheim's favorites.

  • One of the best shows I've seen! Bernadette and Elaine are so wonderful!!

  • This production was such crap. This great musical deserved a first class revival, with a real orchestra so you can hear this lush, romantic score. ALNM also deserved production values better than summer stock in a third world country. The costumes and sets were beneath this elegant classic. Victoria Mallory was annoying and the supporting cast uniformly dreadful.

  • Just saw this production this week and have to say - absolutely amazing! While Ms. Stritch and Ms. Peters are obviously must sees, the entire cast is amazing. Special kudos for rave performances of Every Day a Little Death and The Miller's Son. True entertainment.

  • are they making a soundtrack? they need to for we bernadette fanatics! :D

  • I saw this with Zeta-Jones & Lansbury. I want to go back & see it again just to see Bernadette!

  • @aasjb4ever oh okay lol. Your lucky to have been there to see her. I have a hard choice to make either I see this or I wait until around christmas time to see the new play Patti LuPone and once again Laura benanti (sp?) will be in. Hard choice

  • @broadwayloverny10 Her hair actually is a similar red to her wig, the video just makes it look a lot darker

  • @aasjb4ever Lucky butt lol. HER HAIR ISNT RED!!! She is a brunette, I feel so betrayed for some reason lol. I love her and I wanna see this!!

  • I was there! Bernadette and Elaine were AMAZING!
