1: EQUIPMENT SLOT MACHINE | The Worst Parts of Lost Planet 2

The only way to unlock the lion's share of equipment (guns, grenades, etc) in LP2 is to throw your hard-earned prize boxes into a slot machine. You know, one of those completely random and unfair systems that has an overwhelmingly large chance of spitting out rubbish you don't want! Why would they do this rather than use a logical system? Well, I don't know! It's the single worst design decision in the game.

If I had to guess, I reckon they thought they were extending the lifespan of the game by making it feel like you're getting loads and loads of prizes or something. It didn't work though did it

(I lost my LP2 save, which means that there's gonna be a bit of a wait for the next actual proper video. In lieu of that, here's a mini-video I was going to do later on in the thread that I've brought forwards! There might be a couple more of these later. I MIGHT NOT BOTHER)

@pillowby how actually dare you accuse me of something as severe as beard fraud. if you look at my gamer profile + analyse the video carefully you'll see i'm one of only three people in the world who had unlocked the achievement legit at the time i posted. obv since then the number has skyrocketed however

if you dont get what u want, go to your dashboard right after you finish spending your credits and you will have all of them back spend over until u get what u want u most likely already have your hand cannon but i hope this helps!
