"Time After Time" is a jazz standard written by Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne in 1947. It was first introduced by Frank Sinatra (and subsequently by Kathryn Grayson) in the 1947 movie It Happened in Brooklyn. It is also popular within the Barbershop scene. It has been recorded by many artists. This version by Chris Montez (most famous for the 1962 #4 hit "Let's Dance") was produced by Herb Alpert, and was a top-40 hit, reaching #36 on the Billboard Top 100 in 1966.
