Hey I live in Iowa and I'm selling 2 show geldings do u know of anyone who needs a horse?

Hi!
I hope he is doing well. I had him since he was a yearling (also owned his full brother) and rode him all his two yr old year (i'm riding in the video) I really wish I could have kept him but I can't keep buying horses in training :) He was by far the BEST jogger I have rode. Please give him a pat for me. My 4 yr old daughter asks about him all the time. Wants to know when he's coming back :)

How much are you asking for him and where are you located

Is he still available? And has he been worked any on HUS or Trail?

Yes, Nelson is still available. In terms of HUS he has been worked on long trotting as part of his training - and he looks very nice doing it as he is a very slow, flat, sweepy mover with nice reach. As far as trail goes he has not done an actual trail pattern but during his training has practiced all the maneuvers used in a trail class: opening/closing gates, trotting over logs, side passing, turning on the fore and hind and center, etc. He has been started with all the right basics.

do you think he would make a good all around horse?

He will definitely be an all-around Western horse and he can stride out nicely at the trot so could do very well at the regional level shows in Non-Pro or Youth Hunt Seat classes.

really nice horse what is his breeding?
laurenzub 3 years ago
He is sired by multiple World and National Champion Sire "State Of The Art" and out of a mare who produced the 2006 World Champion Non-Pro Yearling Longe-Liner (he is a full brother to him). His dam is also a half sister to a National Champion Western Pleasure horse.
