when you receive the ball with a bump and its a hard hited ball and you make step forward you gona get it your prety face. your steps by the attak are realy bad a you forgeting to work with your body and when you block and dont put your wrist more on the other side you dont block one ball

need to keep your feet about shoulder width apart, and keep your feet straight or slightly in keeping your weight more off your heels. Keep back rounded some. Overall you did ok.
