  • how do you know if your baby is in a posterior position or something else? i'm on my 7th month and have an asd but my cardiologist cleared me for vaginal birth.. so i am really focusing myself on giving birth the easiest and shortest way possible.. glad to have bumped on this channel..

  • @pixelperfect Your midwife will be able to help and a great OB would. The baby moves a lot toward the end I would just do these exercises to encourage baby to be in a good position and it will help you be stronger for birth and after birth. My son has an ASD are you having it closed? I wish you a beautiful easy peaceful birth!

  • I did everything in this video and I had natural childbirth with no back labor. REALLY WORKS

  • Wow! Thank you for such an awesome comment. Congratulations on your new baby Gideon! What a spectacular story. Amazing. I appreciate your words and thank you for helping me fulfill my lifes passion! Jessica

  • Thanks yet again! The sidelying positions were necessary to get baby to turn during my actual labor and delivery this week. We had to do this right before pushing, and I knew just what I needed to do. Baby Gideon turned out to be a whopping 9 lb. 41/2 oz. ! I was applauded for birthing naturally, and this is my 3rd (and biggest!) Mommas, it's very doable! After all, what have women been doing all these centuries before? MOMS ENJOY YOUR BIRTHING EXPERIENCES AND YOUR BABIES!!!

  • Thank you! Wow I am so glad that this is helping you! You are awesome. I am so glad to help. You're Welcome!
