@HarryandKermit Well some people can be really dumb in their comments, maybe he can lift more than that but doesn't want to! it really depends on what you want to train, if you want mass go for 4 - 5 reps really heavy weight, definition and maturity 8 - 12 reps moderate weight, endurance over 12 reps light weight. He obviously wants definition not bulk. I bet you can't even lift half the weight he is lifting with this form! notice how controlled his range of motion is.

@tcandmh1 Clearly he is doing a video for informational purposes look at the guy hes fucking TORE UP. Let's be real it is almost physically impossible to have the body tone like that and not be able to do more weight. It also doesn't state the repetitions or the break he could be circuit training or super setting each of these work outs.
