English speaking technician is a special request in Miami

Another case of "language discrimination" committed by a company such as Direct TV who openly admitted that they can not guarantee Dr. Gordon Sakaloff a repairman that could take his technical question about repoairing his satellite dish problem! And to add insult to injury, the Direct TV Compsny Offficial told Dr.Sokoloff that they can not guarantee he
will be provided with a technician who speaks English because he lives he lives in an area that is composed primarily of Cuban
exiles who speak only Spanish!

Dr.Sokoloff needs to file a "language discrimination suit on Direct TV". He also needs to file a "language discrimination suit" with the Miami-Dade County Equal opportunity Board" who handles such cases,
plus filing a complaint with the "Miami-Dade
County Ethics Commission" for "unfair business
practices". He should also "file an officiual complaint of language discrimination with the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights" as an abridgemnent to his "civil rights being discriminated upon by Direct TV Company's permission and promotion of the Spanish language conflict.

After Dr. Sokoloff shoud also join groups who support making "English the official language of the U.S." such as www.USEnglish.org and www.EnglishFirst.org
who promote these causes. How many viewers think that DIRECT TV in Miami, Florida should be sued for "language discrimination"
as well as "malfeasance of unfair business practices"?
