  • actually I don't mean to prove this wrong. but just thought I should give the right interpretation. Koundi doesn't mean saint. It is the name of the saint. and actually in this asana you will have to point the front leg towards the front and not the side as shown here. That completes the asana.

  • Great way to exercise.
