Danger - Documentary on Drug Addiction

A short film on Drug addiction by Loyola College Physics Department Students 2006-2009. We are not any media professionals or Visual Communication ( Viscom ) guys! A film taken for submission to clear a paper.

It is actually a 12 Minutes Film, Many portions were Cut since Youtube supports only videos less than 10minutes.

Hi

We r nt any professional film makers. Dis film ws shot w/out any preparation. V were on an Outreach Program in our college and had to submit a documentary or a short film on some social issue the next day. All we had was a Sony Cybershot camera. We were in a Railway Station waiting for Train, D story was decided in 5 minutes, Casting was done in one minute and the shoot started at 11o clock and we completed the shoot by 3o clock. (We had to waste some time on charging the battery)

We got down in the next station and shot in a shop and there was a Liquor shop in the same street, we took permission from the sales guy and shot a scene there.

The Cost of production was Rs.50/- for half pack cigarette, an old Liquor bottle wid pepsi and Train ticket for 4 of us(Rs.4 each).

Then few shots were taken at a home nearby.

Editing started in the evening and finished the next day morning. I submitted in college at 3o clock and was screened at 3.30 during our foundation Hour.

if there is any Logic errors plz forgive. This was taken jus for sake of submission. It was an emergency film that made us clear a paper for our 3rd semester.

yeah our state govt banned smoking in public place long back even b4 central govt did it..but how far its enforced is the question...no restrictions on drugs anyway...lol...thats the backbone of tourism in India...nice effort anyway....

They can cancel licence for Cigarette manufacturing companies or they can Regulate Smoking by giving limited cigarettes to people through Ration Shops..

I like this video. It's illustrates a perspective well. Users who allow themselves to be controlled by drugs often lose the worthwhile parts of their lives.

It's important that people learn to use discretion and self-control so that they won't give into pressure like Kumar did, and so that those who do choose to experiment can foresee the paths they're on and make wise decisions accordingly.

Government control neither encourages nor teaches discretion.
