@ApollosInsight Very true. I have been researching and examining Different fight styles and martial arts, I've found that Capoeira is very effective. Just by looking at the rotation of that kick, I know the distance the leg travelled, there holds a powerful force. Force = mass x acceleration. The longer the leg goes in motion, the greater the force.

This kick is very effective and devastating. I've seen this kick used in an MMA fight once, and it completely destroyed the recipient of this kick.

@Gahllardo: Que legal. Many Mestres name their schools in Brazilian Portuguese; my group's name is Centro Cultural Aruandê Capoeira de San Antonio. There are branches of Sul Da Bahia in the states as well at Brazil.
