It happens to everyone. Forget about it. That's in the past. Time to get back on the horse. You need to stop putting things off. The Nike slogan is actually a great motto: Just Do It. No one can do it but you Israel. You need to make this happen for yourself. Now get to it. We're here supporting you but you need to get this done yourself.

You have to learn how to forgive yourself as well. Somedays and weeks will suck, the strength comes by continuing on the course. This is a marathon not a sprint. Make goals for one day, the week will take care of itself. Come up with some mantras you can say to yourself to motivate yourself. You can do this, man!!!

Every person goes through these struggles...I know as a fellow weight loss struggler! Its about always thinking about what you want for yourself this year...this year will fly by you...what can u accomplish this year...these are the qs I ask myself lately and seems to help.

You look great the way you are. I understand wanting to lose weight for health and to feel your best but dont be to hard on yourself. Subtle changes will make a big change in the long run. If you do bad one day dont beat yourself up just try harder the next day. I will stay tuned dont give up and god bless

I know the feeling very well. It's easy to wake up motivated but then somehow mess up without thinking about it until it's too late. Instead of starting over tomorrow start over immediately and plan your next meal for the day. When you trip, naturally you realign yourself immediately so you can walk straight you don't lay down and say I will walk again in the morning. Stay motivated we are with you!

Portion control everything, once you get into the habit you have reprogramed your brain and success is a matter of time. Try this simple plan,
6am Greek Yogurt and small Bananna
10am Oatment and Small Grapefruit
1pm Baked Potato and small Chilli with no cheese
4pm Small Salad and a small Apple
7pm Chicken Breasts and salad
10pm Greek Yogurt
Get a hobby outside of weighttraining that requires concentration and keeps you away from food.
