My brother-in-law is a Ramp Agent for your wonderful Southwest Airlines.....You should hear the horror stories about what they do luggage. He said they throw the heavy bags around, knocking the wheels off, on purpose. I guess to "get back" at the people who check overweight bags. So, before you go making videos that trash one particular airline, you need to know the truth. Oh and by the way.....before he was hired at Southwest, he worked for Anerican Airlines, your other favorite.
