I only use my computer in the morning and at night. The rest of the day is dedicated to schooling, studying, family, etc.

Not wanting to start a debate here, but I dont think the diet example was a good one, considering the different variables between dieting and shutdown day, but i see your point.

Personal opinion? A day without computers won't change a thing. If someone has a problem with internet usage, they should change their lifestyle. You don't diet one day if you want to lose weight either, do you? Also I don't see why I should feel guilty about using the internet. If I need it, I'll use it anytime. If anyone feels it helps, go ahead and shut off though

Well... there were some pretty rude comments recently and I don't want people be put off being a guest on the show after seeing comments like that. So I decided to change to moderated for a while and see how it goes.
