Are you new to America? Have you visited a grocery store but the cashier talks too fast? Wonder what's going on? Want to feel comfortable understanding typical American greetings, questions, sayings and conversations that happen everyday in a grocery store? Check out this video for helpful hints.

If you met me for personal coaching 1-to-1, I would sit with you and help you understand Americans, how we talk (presenting fast to slower speech), and help you create a wide variety of responses that suit your personality. I can also help you adjust your accent and tune your ear to improve understanding and comfort in daily situations. This will improve self-confidence and success in America. It's the small things that make a lot of difference! Let me help you make daily life a little easier! I can tailor make lessons to your personal needs.

  • Hopefully you can help a lot of people. These things might help:

    - speak about 50% slower

    - use shorter sentences

    - make eye contact with the listener (camera)

    Great job!

  • @japanascope Thank you for your tips on improving my effectiveness for teaching, training and making videos. I am working on these goals for in-person and videos as well. Thank you for the reminders.
