Al-Bastakiya area is located to the eastern part of the city of
Bur Dubai and extends all along the bay up to about 300m and
in depth southward for about 200m.
The area construction dates back to
circa 1890 which is considered of the most original quarters of
Dubai old city, as the architectural heritage in it is found in
the form of independent houses, or assembly of buildings
which were occupied by rich families capable to preserving
these buildings in good condition .

the consciousness of the involved parties to the importance of
the historical architecture and buildings in the nations history
and records. That is why it constitutes a basic element in
reflecting architectural development image and the civilized
Perspective of the Emirate of Dubai.
