After watching Seminar on Broadway I was waiting at the stage doors to be able to see Alan Rickman. I not only got him to sign my playbook but he also SHOOK MY HAND.

  • Did he take too long to appear there? I´m planning on seeing the play on December 14 and afterwards I really want to go to the backstage door, but I´ve got a curfew "/

  • @BabsBlack It took about 20 minutes. The other actors arrived first and signed autographs/took pictures. Then we had to wait a while for Alan to appear.

  • @Kashira313 Thanks!!!! Do you remember how log did the play last?? :)

  • @BabsBlack The play was about 90 minutes with no intermission.

  • @Kashira313 I´m sorry to bother you with questions again, but, was the play crowded? I´m planning on buying it and watching it on December 14... do you think I´ll have problems to get the tickets?

  • @BabsBlack I would recommend buying the tickets online as soon as you can.

  • he's kind as always, I love how gracefully he handles his fans...calm, steady and friendly. I saw him in Dublin close up and personal last year and he treated us the same way...signed almost every picture, made photographes with everyone who wanted to be on a picture with him. You don't feel so stupid as fan, if someone like him treat you with so much dignity!

  • It was good of Alan to sign so much on this night, considering he had forgotten to take the pork chops out of the freezer to defrost properly.

  • @meghank3lix (continued) as he's signing. The barricades are to the right if you are facing the theater. That means you should turn left as you exit the play.

  • @meghank3lix I don't know if he'll come out after the matinee if there's an evening performance but I see no reason why you can't stand out there after the evening show so long as you have your playbill. Nobody will know which show you attended. Try to get out there just as the show is ending so you will be at the front of the barricades. You'll probably get his autograph regardless, but if you're at the front you will be right next to him and can have your picture taken with him

  • @hermione624420 Well, I would say that the play is, most definitely, for an older audience but I did see some kids your age (one was probably younger than you) and he actually posed for pictures with them. He didn't do that with anyone else that night.

  • I can't wait to see the show. I go a week from today. I absolutely adore AR and I'm quite sure I'll behave as the young blond, with a look of unbelief on my face, and an adoring tear streaking down my cheek. =)

  • I <3 the *squee* @ 0:45 lol :)

  • I like very much the blond girl with glasses who silently cryes of happiness, and tries to keep her dignity ! She's very quiet and discret, she's a real fan, I guess.

  • Fabulous video! I love how everyone seems so calm and composed. Do you know if he comes out after matinee performances or only evening? And if only evening, can you go to the stage door anyways even if you didn't attend the evening performance? Thanks!

  • Happy To se him sign,

I wrote To him via Seminar and I got two auographs from him, Happy To add this great Actor in my Harry Potter autograph collection
