I have to share this with women going through menopause. I recently had blood work done and some of my levels were messed up. So many are mentioned in this video. For women that are exercising and keep gaining weight you might want to watch this. Check with your doctor to see if this could be your issues. Don't stop exercising because it helps control some of menopause systoms.

it's not all genetics. lots of it comes from the environment and pseudo estrogen from the plastics and the water we drink. women breasts are getting larger on average.

Breast size has to do with genetics and your current weight. Not the amount of estrogen your body has.
