Wow, Charlie, Eddie, Duffy and Tom Grey. I can't ask for me....I sure do miss the incomparable harmony of Charlie, John, and Eddie.

This song gives my goose bumps, goose bumps. Always has. One of the great great bands of Bluegrass for all time.!

@AnnetteYowell Actually, it was my festival. I was the promoter. I was National Entertainment Network. Dave was a good guy and a good friend. I was so sorry to hear he passed.
-
@sacbgman I was there, also. A colleague of mine, Dave Blevins (he's passed away since) MC'd part of the festival. What did you do?

This is from a Bluegrass festival that was produced in May, 1992 in Woodstock, Virginia. Eddie and Martha were the host band. It was a 4 day festival with most of the big names in Bluegrass. It rained 3 days out of 4...sun didn't come out until Bill Monroe took the stage Sunday afternoon. This festival will remain as one of my favorite memories. It gave me a chance to meet and work with two of my idols, John and Charlie, before they left us. Two of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet.

Reminds me of the myth of Chicago's Resurrection Mary.

This came from an old VHS tape that a friend owns from a Gents reunion concert in like 1989. I don't know if it was ever commercially available. If it was then, I don't think it is anymore.
