Oh! That "reinforced imagery/ dream book " sounds like something I would like to try! I agree with all the poins specially with "laugh" it's crazy how watching or listening to somethig funny can lift up your spirits.

great advice ! I practice all 4. # 1. Ask for what you want, is the most important, like you said it can be through prayer, meditation, or a process called reinforced imagery. my late grandma kept her "dream book". it was a notebook binder, and she cut out pictures from magazines, newspapers, etc. of things she desired. I can recall looking at it one time and was I surprised.

@nabbbbbby I did that befor cut pictures and glued it to a cardboard, and within a year or so I got almost everything I got on that board. Im going to make another one, most likely today. Thanks for your feedback. :)
