Note that the web app cannot place calls on an iPod Touch and it can't directly receive calls at all. Even on an iPhone, the web app still uses your cell carrier (and therefore your cell minutes), so calls placed this way are not free. Unlike placing calls via a Mac or PC web interface, which us free, and can also be used to receive calls.
It's possible to use a VOIP app like Whistle Phone to call your GV number, and get ringed by your GV number, for truly free calling with GV on an iPhone wit
