D.C. Metro Transit police assault a disabled citizen in wheelchair

Two white cops throw a disabled black citizen from his wheelchair causing serious injury to the disabled man's face.
The cops issued a statement alleging that the citizen had resisted arrest, "which resulted in him falling out of his wheelchair."
