hey, those are really interesting points you make... though not one of them really sticks as a solid argument. Don't get me wrong. I like your thinking and tend to agree with you, though I don't think Earth rules Taurus, per se. I think Taurus is the Esoteric ruler of the Earth, through the Sphinx knowledge. Zeitgeist Addendum is a movie worth watching. part 1 is very flawed, not worth it, in my opinion.

What's a Zeitgeist? Anyways...
1. Earth is the planet of Life, its opposite is the Planet of Death Pluto which is occupied in Scorpio, the opposite sign.
2. Mothers day is in Taurus which is Mother Earth.
3. During the Age of Taurus, Paganism was born.
4. Rising Taurus people is not as influenced by Venus like rising Libras are. Instead they are influenced by the sign opposite from thier sun sign.
5. Gaia is portrayed as a huge woman with large genitalias like most Taurus Ascendents.

I hope when you say that Christianity used astrology to form their religion you are not coming from the angle of the Zeitgeist idea that Christ is the Son of God... and all of that?? I hope not. that is a very weak argument. But yes, they do not accept astrology now into their fold, as they should. I have heard that Chiron rules Virgo, but I want to know where you have heard that planet Earth rules Taurus?

Christianity betrayed Astrology. They used it to formulate thier religion then they speak ill of it because they didn't want others to know Astrology. They were also afraid that people will begin to worship the gods and goddesses. BTW Gaia rules Taurus. And Chiron rules Virgo.
