Kraus shows again his perfect technique, which made it possible for him to sing the high notes till the end of his career (and i'm quite sure he had great high notes till he died)

The final high C is not in the original score: in fact, Kraus actually sings the conclusive frase from "La donna è mobile". Very nice interpretation though.

Wow. I already love Kraus, but this is about as sweet as I've ever heard him.
Never mind the hater(s)...he had perfect technique, great musicality, and some acting skill. A great tenor to emulate.
