@supremeeverlove You danced to a rock song, not disco, whether they played it in discoteques or not. This song has nothing to do with disco or the Village People. Before rock music became a little intellectual in the late 60s, it was just that, dance music. That's why Elvis was called the Pelvis. I've heard that in Germany they dance to "Smoke On the Water" in discos.
