Omar Torrez, Senorita

I just had got back to LA after a long trip and my friend Travis Winn asked me to help him on shooting a music video ... He ended up not having time to do it and let me have the baby. I went to meet the artist Omar Torrez and his manager Masha Tsiklauri and everything went fast from there .. It was the first time I was working at the head of such a big project as a new aspiring director ... We had rented an underground studio on East Sunset Boulevard which before used to be the Hell's Angel headquarters .. I did not realize how big the machine was till the day of shooting .. We were about 60 people on set ... Thank God I had good wing women with me : Masha, Karine, Marie Helene ..
We also went to shoot on a dry Lake in the desert behind LA .. it was so cold !! The video went on Tv in France as a "Coup de Coeur" from Noemie Lenoir in her show "Code". I've been quite proud of that picture for a first professional one although I know I'll do better next time ..

wow!!! I knew that Omar came to Mexico a time ago, I didn't go, but my cousin and my sister bought a couple of cd's and I think that Omar is GREAT!!! congrats!
