3:09 R.I.P Cookie Williams. Great video Danny! Folkston is on my railfanning bucket list. About 2 1/2 hours south of me(Windsor Ontario)there is a small town named Fostoria in Ohio. It's about half an hour east of Toledo. There are 3 mainlines, 2 CSX and a NS. The form a perfect triangle and it's nicknamed "The Iron Triangle". I've been there twice and there is almost never a lull in train traffic. Theres 85-100 trains a day. My best video of it is from the Railfest 2011.

I'll be going to Folkston soon and I can't wait! This video is one of my favorites, I really enjoyed it! Its just to bad I didn't know about folkston until after the official opening, otherwise I would have been there!

Outstanding video Mr. Harmon, i was just up there from june 4th to june 7th for my 22nd birthday on june 7th and Folkston, GA was a blast what a great way to spend my 22nd birthday i really enjoyed it. favorite and too thumbs up.

Remember that day very well indeed! One of my favorite DistantSignal DVD's. But you know we need to do something special to mark the 10th anniversary of the platform. If nothing else, just a special gathering of rail fans to commemorate the day and give a salute to the man who made it all possible.

@jjbroadglide Yes, the 10th is coming up in August. Not sure if The City has planned anything, but we should regardless. August 4th is a Thursday. We could do it then or on Sat the 6th.
