why does my stylus 6000 could only display like 2:12 in this video for a few seconds, and then shuts off every time i turn it on? I think mine's broken and can't be used for now. The lens cover won't open as well.

I need help with this Olympus Tough 6000. I can no longer take clear photos without using lightning. It keeps taking the pic for like a full second so it looks like a bad motion photo. In dark mode it takes the picture for like five seconds... I don't know the correct terms, please help!

keep in mind that the videos are only small squares--not the widescreen format. Dont think of it as a video camera except basic documentation. However the macro closeups are the best--nothing comes close--you can take photos that are virtually microscopic. My sony cybershot does not even come close. If you want to SCUBA with it you can buy the optional casing for approx $250. It's waterproof to a depth of 40 metres.
