@sondeleb All you have to do is look at how he can barley handle her to see that he doesn't know what he's doing. It's only his size that allows him to hold her. He's an untrained jerk who is power mad. I can just see him clinking beers and high fiving back at the security office for overpowering a 100 pound woman. Then going home and slapping around his girlfriend because he's drunk.

I don't know much about the Philippines. But I do know that security guards in America have no training. They are low wage no benefit untrained guys off the street. All they do is parrot what the see on the cop shows on tv. And no they don't have any police power so they had no authority to hold her down. They are supposed to observe and then call the real police. There is nothing about "maintaining order" in a security guards's job description.

@NakedAlena The fact that they held her down is justified, whether you like it or not, whether she liked it or not, they had the authority to do so. Security guards maintain order in the absence of police, and you know it.

@NakedAlena Just be thankful that in America, it's not mandatory for security guards to possess guns. In my mother's home country, Philippines, they have at least 30, semi-automatic armed security guards in every shopping center who are likely to do more than hold a person down for stealing something.
