Well i suggest ppl to cut potatoes and throw dem in microwave ...till u done wid chopin onions and tomatoes they are done.

What I missed in the video was explaining the heat control. I assume you started with a high heat when frying the onions, but then reduced the head when boiling the potatoes ? Or was this entire dish cooked on high heat ?

The potatoes were cooked on medium heat with the lid on.
