It depends on the dog. I had a female toy poodle (4lbs) that would attack my male German shepherd/collie mix (150 lbs). She also would attack the other poodle (male 15lbs). She ruled the house. She never got hurt by the other dogs, she did hurt them a couple of times...lol! She was too fast for them.

@charissamarluk I'm not too sure, I think it's more personality of the dog, than the gender. However, she cries and talks a lot more than all my other dogs.
