I am waiting to see a M-DCT M3 using launch control (launch from 6000 rpm) to destroy the f**ck out of C-63 or the granny fugly balooga whale called IS-F.

Don't pussy about it 1st and 2nd! Let DTC do the work! That's if the road is dry, empty and smooth.

is there a clutch you have to physically press in order to shift? or do you just use the paddles in order to shift. probly a stupid question..

i own one and its no going pas 120 an 5,500 rpm till 1,200 miles and after that do not exceed 140 till 3,000 miles but the car is capable to do all those things its just so there wont be problems down the road.

My friend has a 2008 M3. When you buy one new they don't want you shifting the engine past 4000rpm for the first month or so. I can't remember the time frame.

Man ur making a video! dont change gears too fast! let us see the DCT with high RPM's as i imagine will be from 1-3

I have test driven a couple - the shifting isn't immidiate, there's a half second delay. Same delay time with the Ferrari F1 - slightly longer with Tiptronic...
