  • 7:04 he says "this case was not ever... about corporations being prevented from having first amendment rights... it's about the money."

    WRONG. This case was evaluating the constitutionality of BCRA, which makes it illegal for corporations to disseminate electioneering material 30 days after a primary election and 60 days after a general election. This IS an abridgment of first amendment rights.
