My chiro told me that I should exercise the muscles around the scapula to correct my shoulders' rolling forward. I can tell after doing one set that these exercises are "just what the doctor ordered." Having the visual to refer back to is great! Thanks so much for posting this.
this kind of exercise is good if you do alot of bodybuilding exercises such as bent over barbell rows or deadlifts...it helps put your scapular blade back in neutral positions

Love the scapular clock exercise in this video. Easy, simple, but looks like it would be very effective. Nice video.
