Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga - Dragon Ananata

The final obstacle before the last boss. He can easily kill you if you don't have the right skills, as he gets seven, yes, SEVEN attacks per turn. Null panic and nerve are essential in this battle, as he casts stun and sonic wave quite frequently, but seeing as you've nulled their effects, that only leaves him with physical attacks, which can easily be healed. If he starts boosting his stats up, use dekaja on him to stop him doing more damage to you. Not a lot else here really, just ocntinue attacking him until he falls.

P.S, Heat owns in this battle!

Yeah, this guy gave me trouble too, and after the fith time dying to him, I knew that I was either a) under-levelled or b) didn;t have the right skills, though you could pretty much say that about all the bosses in the game.

I always knew that Heat was the key to this fight but I never thought on set High Couter to him!

I know. 4 High Counters with one being a critical. I should use that skill more often.
