The language is Spanish; to be precise - Andalusian dialect of Spanish.

No, they speak Calo (a.k.a. Gitane)a mixture of spanish and their french provencial language. Also, there is NO Andalucian dialect ask any person from Andalucia (i.e. sevilla, cordoba, cadiz, etc..), and he or she will tell you that they speak Castellano, it is not a different dialect. They have a different accent because they speak much faster than the rest of spain, but it still Castellano.

yah man, hes right. spanish has no dialects. im mexican but im pretty sure andalusians pronounce stuff differnt, like dropping the "d"s from some words. like "for pesado" i think its more like "pesao"

Que a los Gypsy Kings les hatya dado por intentar algo mas que la rumba flamenca (lo que usualmente tocan) no es motivo para "adjudicarles" lo que no les va! @morgoth199 no todos los andaluces! Eso depende del nivel de educacion que se tenga, y no de que parte del pais se provenga! He sido profesora de muchisimos mejicanos, y ya sea porque son amerindios, o porque tienen muy poca escuela, su lenguage deja mucho que desear, pero es comprensible, por lo que antes he dicho. Yo no diria jamas que porque sean mejicanos, pronuncien de mala manera o dejen fuera alguna letra de esta o aquella palabra. Las generalizaciones jamas son validas!

Finally, I understand that the term "dialect" can take on different meanings, however when you are simply referring to the difference in pronounciation (as is the case between most people from Andalucia and say for example, Madrid) then the term "accent" is more appropriate. When you are referring to a difference in sentence structure and formation of words, then the term "dialect" would be appropriate.

@SextoVario You also seem to be confused with understanding the difference between a "dialect" and an "accent." If you really are from Andalucia, then you should know that you speak Castellano with an obvious accent that is noticiably different than someone from, Madrid for example. To say that Andalucia is a dialect, is to incorrectly say that you gramatically and structurally form sentences differently, which is NOT TRUE. People from Andalucia speak faster which affects pronounciation.

@SextoVario in response: #1- Calo (forgive me, I don't have the spanish accent mark available on my computer), as it pertains to the gispy kings, is a mixture of of their french provencial langauge and spanish. As I'm sure you are aware, gypsies migrate all over the world, and therefore do not all speak the same language. My comment with regards to Calo pertained only to the gipsy kings. Their specific variant of the romany language has significant french influence.

@rmbaflmco12 Fourth, they do not sing flamenco "pure", but in this case the intent is very compelling. And do not be confused with the title of video "fandangos", where they sing, first, a seguiriya (or siguiriya), then a fandango, and-finally tango (for those who do not know, the "tango" is a type of singing flamenco that has nothing to do with the Argentine tango).

@rmbaflmco12. I am Andalusian, and I've never read more rubbish together. First: "caló", not "calo", is not a mixture of Spanish and "provencial" French. Caló is the Spanish variant of Romany, the language of the gypsies. Second, the Gipsy Kings sing in "Andalusian" with a French accent, but in any case, do not sing in Romany, but in Spanish. Third, the Andalusian is a dialect of Spanish.
