    Thanks! That tunnel shot was pretty cool, I agree! And the mantis was amazing. It's hard to see it in the video, but it was looking at me. It turned it's head to follow my movements.

    Yup, I had hot flashes for the last year, but they are gradually going away. I don't know yet about the weight gain, so far so good :)
