I was youtubing the Spanish American War looking for some Spanish and American TV documentaries for an academic paper (in Spain, Europe, of course) but...I felt on this SHIT!!!

The US recognized laterly that Spain did not sink the "USS Maine" in La Habana harbour (It was an inside boiler explsion in a very old ship patroling the spanish and british caribbean) All I can say it was some kinfd of "Irak mass destruction weapons" in 19th century to "liberate' Cuba & Puerto Rico ??? yeah right!

what the hell... US goverment not long ago declared that PROBABLY spain had no relation to the explosion of the MAIN.

Due to comercial interests the US declared war against spain so that they could have control over cuba. The MAIN was just the excuse they needed.
