Hey Thomas is it true that one Tablespoon of oil = 100 calories. That would mean 5 tablespoons is in the 500 range. For a girl with 1200 ish for the day that would kill me. Your thoughts? I will probably just do less oil. I LOVE RED CABBAGE. Can't have my salads without it.

instead of salt use organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. if you can't eat salt don't eat salt.

can i take out the cayean pepper out and just add sea salt instead of regular salt?

Do I need to put salt in it? I have a kidney disease and can't have salt in my food. Is cayenne pepper good enough and olive oi?
