The communities of Delia and Hand Hills, Alberta held a 3 day event for the Metis people. It included activities such as setting up a tipi, re-enacting the trial of Louis Reil, hatchet throwing and others. People set up old style tents and tipis, dressed in period clothing, participated in the many activities and ate the food of the Metis, buffalo and bannock. This was the second year for this event.
