Hi, my name is Lance Faglie, I am a senior biology student at the
University of Georgia and my question is for all the candidates. In
2005, the Bush Administration passed the Class Action Fairness Act in an
attempt to address the issue of tort reform by giving the federal court
jurisdiction to certain class action lawsuits. Proponents of tort reform
argue that the average citizen has been the victim of increasing
frivolous lawsuits and unreasonably high jury verdicts and has led to
higher costs in areas such as health care and business. As president,
how would you handle tort lawsuit legislation to ensure that the
American people are provided with the best possible system when dealing
with this issue?

  • Thomas Jefferson recommended crushing corporations. Smart guy.

  • Great question!

America will continue toward vampire corporatism unless the bottom of the pyramid refuses to keep supporting the lofty cap at the top.

More of us need to challenge ourselves and take action.
