http://givemeliberty.org/ Arizona Patriots Serve Jon Kyle and John McCain DEMAND for violations of their oath of office under the last ten words of the First Amendment to the Constitution: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

  • I didn't have any problems in Honolulu, but then I didn't come in accusing the Senators or Representative of breaking the Constitution.

  • thank you for also being part of this effort. I didn't have any problems either they just didn't want to sign for the service. Did the representatives for your Reps and Senators sign the service?

  • I think I'm responding to your question.

All three offices: Senators Akaka, Inouye, and Representative Abercrombie of Honolulu signed the papers of receipt of service.

    I don't know about Hawai'i Congressional District 2.

  • that is awesome. Keep on rocking the free world! I am proud to know another true patriot who actually cares enough to do what needs to be done!

I think that the goverment providing 4,000 dollars per semester per 100 hours of public service. Some people would argue that this does not help anyone, but it is an alternative option for those like me who can't afford it, YOU CAN'T EVEN MAKE OVER $600 WORKING 100 HOURS ON MIN WAGE. At least this way, when you graduate, you don't have to pay off a student loan!...you will be ahead of the game, not dragged down by loan payments

  • get rid of the federal reserve and you wouldn't need the loan. Understand the 14th amendment turned us all into slaves of the federal government.

"I would have freed many more slaves if I didn't have to spend so much time and money to convince them they were slaves."

  • x i need someone to likc my pussy S

  • This country has drifted so far from the law of the Constitution it is unbelievable.

If people don't stand up, they are destined to live on their knees.

  • Have you heard what happened in the rest of the country?

Even though I submitted the letter and DVD, I have not received any letter of response.

  • Yeah, I know..it was fine. SHe was such a wuss tho..:) I would love for this petition to be taken VERY seriously...

  • Journeywithinn: As long as you documented and swore under penalty of perjury on the notarized process service affidavit that you served them (and you hopefully wrote on the form the name of the person that you left it with or had a witness), then THEY HAVE BEEN LEGALLY PROCESS SERVED! It doesn't matter whether they signed for it or not.

  • The Foundation isn't seeking to challenge mere statutes, which are a lower form of "animal" than a Constitutional Right. An enumerated Right takes higher precedence than any individual statute or collection of statutes. This Right-to-Petition allows the People the capability to enforce all the others. The argument for, and the history of this Right, is sound and provides the basis for People to re-chain their supposedly "servant" government to the Constitution that is supposed to govern IT.
