Only in UK, for some reason, builders, building regulationsm thought that UK is a spanish temp country....walls like for hot countries, windows like for hot countries, heating MAX....gas was cheap before....

and then they need all that energy eater deviced installed by expansive specialist...

what a rubish idea !! only in UK all houses have 1000 holes call "Ventilators" and 2000 Extractor Fans, and central heating turn on to max, to not frozen to death .
